Motherboard Problem, IC shorted

My Dell studio laptop 1558 Motherboard ( dell DAFM9CMB8C0) has a problem due to juice spill i had few days ago...
by carefully investigating the motherboard, i found that one Integrated Circuit has a shorted legs , i can see some rust and i can feel the sticky juice
the motherboard doesn't work now, and always gives steady ember light
WHAT to do now
is there any way i can replace that IC ....

I already cleaned the motherboard using the alcholic 99.9 and concentrated on the affected area but no luck
I know we need special tools and it would be very difficult task to resolider the ic pins

i do not really understand what you mean.. i do not know the name and function of that IC that failing ,, i tried to get the simatic drawing but i could not find , it;s a dell laptop 1558... i am not sure what information you need that i did not write...

oh i am really sorry for that
it was my fault
i did not know how to upload pic in this forum because it always asks me for a link in where the pic is saved
i tried many times to attach the picture form my computer but it did not work....

Just a guess, the number on the PCB for that chip is it U61 ?
