Question Motherboard Problem -- No Display But Fans Working (North bridge)

So i have this gigabyte A320 that doesn't display on screen. At first I thought that the ram or the other components was damaged, I tried the rams, psu and gpu on another mobo and it works fine. And here I really doubt that the mobo was the case. I see some liquid around the North Bridge and I wonder if that was the cause? Please do tell me if i can still fix it.

Proc: AMD A6 9500
Mobo:Gigabyte A320
Ram:Kingston 2x8 2400mhz ddr4
Gpu:AMD R9 370
Psu: Rex III 600w

I didn't built it. It was a pre-built when I bought it. Other than not showing into the display, there's no other problems. I remember one time that when I turnedo n my computer, it displays a blue screen saying "automatic repair" but eventually fixed it.

I don't have any aio cooling. I only have the stock fan of the amd A series.

Sorry I can't really see where the spill are located. Maybe you could draw a simple outline around the spill. It may be important to actually find where the fluid gets from.

did you plug in directly to board and in your specs you mark a gpu did you try it in system and plug it the monitor .
