Motherboard Problem with i7 and 980

I have a Geforce GTX 980 with an i7 2600k but was wondering what would be the best motherboard for gaming, my budget is around 175$ maybe 200$. Any advice would be nice i am fairly new to building a computer. Should I get a new CPU, or is it good as it is.

For your budget, may just buy the Z68 MB even it is old, because the 2600k is still good, and you need to save more $$ for the new cpu/MB/DDR4 RAM.
