Question Motherboard problem

Hello! I am curently having a problem with my MB (asus rog strix x570e) the ram QLed is lit up, though i have tried with other ram kit to make sure that my rams aren’t the problem, but the Qled also stays on, and even if no ram kit is inserted in socket, i have tried all sockets by turn, nothing , the pc just wont boot into the bios , it’s a blank screen , currently having a 5950x cpu, anybody can give a hand ? Much appreciate it!

was it working before? or is this a new build? bios up to date for the 5950x ?

It is a new build, i wish i could update bios but it wont let me enter bios, and with flash back it doesnt work, the led blinks 5 times and than remains lit up... only psu cable (24 pins) and cpu cable conected.
Maybe il try find an older amd cpu , update bios with that and come back with my cpu ... becouse i couldnt find out anything working on internet...
