Motherboard problems

installed new computer system with asus P5P43TD pro motherboard. everything works fine exepct none of the usb ports on the motherboard or on the case work. any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you checked in device manager to see if they have drivers working ? You will get a yellow triangle if there is an issue.
As for the case ones i assume you hace the headers conected correctly ?

Those were my questions too - device manager and make sure the headers are connected properly.

What OS? Did you install the drivers for everything yet (though USB should be supported through any modern OS)?
