Question Motherboard processor upgrade for Dorado SSID: 8704

My question is that the above photo says TDP of 65W. Is that just because of the factory fan and heatsink? I installed a water cooler and I want to install a processor with a TDP of 125W.

I just realized how dumb this question is, the components surrounding the processor may not be able to handle the additional load. I did noticed that the CPU power is a 4 pin connector but that it would be capable of supporting a 8-pin
