Solution M M MMandevil Apr 23, 2014 laviniuc : z87 supports just haswell so only the i5 4670 would work. the 2600 needs a Z77 (or other 7 series chipsets) Is it better to get a haswell cpu or a Sandy, I hear the haswell runs really hot, especially when overclocking.
