Motherboard question X GTX 285

Can my AMD Athlon II X3 440 3.01 MSI_GF615M-P33 V2 go with GTX 285??
Becouse i installed this gpu and my computer doesn't recognize it, no screen. Blacked out. I have also LC Power 600W.

Is there any signal from the motherboard? And do you have the latest drivers?

Yes i have latest drivers. I made my bios read frist that gpu then integrated. I have no solution, rly
