Hello everyone, hope i put this in the right section as its about a few different components :)

I have an old Asus computer that i need some help with as it was slowing down quite alot even with SSD´s.

I have aquired some DDR3 1600mhz ram´s for my pc, 32gb in total, 4x8gb sticks, i only have 2 slots my motherboard supports 16gb ram maximum, but it wount recognize more than 8gb, 2x4gb according to bios.

This is my motherboard:
Asus k30bf_m32bf_a_f_k31bf
cpu: amd radeon a8 7600 radeon r7 10 compute cores 4c+6g 3.10ghz
The ram´s are Corsair vengance DDR3 1600mhz.
I use Windows 10 Pro (64bit)

In bios i can choose between default and profile 1 under D.O.C.P but when i choose profile 1 the screen flashes and it says something under advanced menu but i cant find anything there and it seems like it goes back to default profile again...

And the ram´s run at 1333mhz apparently...what else can i do to activate the remaining 4gb in each stick? and the remaining 277mhz in the ram? =P
Bios is updated to the latest version released 5 years ago that i can find online.

Thank you

I don't know you can oc your PC or not, I think the PC is the ASUS OEM type, because the OEM may lock oc features sometime.

From what you said when you used the profile 1, the pc will not boot, that means the oc will not work. You may try to use the AMD overdrive to see what happens, keep in mind the a8 7600 does support the 1333mhz RAM, if you still get the same result, you should forget about the oc.

Thanks, having issues with playing youtube clips.
I downloaded the amd overdrive, can i adjust the ram speed in this and that it should use maximum capacity(16gb ram) instead of 8 as it is now?
