Motherboard reading half memory.

Ok i have even a bigger problem, my motherboard asustek m2n-mx se plus is only reading 2 gigs of ram and i have 4 gigs intalled, how can i fixed this?

Did you manage to update your BIOS as stated in your previous thread? Are both sticks of ram identical? You should pass on your full system's specs in order for us to better understand if the system is compromised or if the ram sticks/slots are faulty.

Just adding 1 more thing on top of what Lutfij has already said. Are the ram modules pressed all the way into the DIMM slots?

Is each stick recognized individually in a slot that functions?
