i like the look of asus sabertooths. if you buy the cpu and mb there a 30.00 instant combo deal.
there also the u5 from gigbytye that cheaper and not a bad mb.

I'll advice you to Buy The ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO......... and you should buy a K CPU.....then it'll be the best Combo for gaming....... HERO has a Auto Overclocking system and it has Awesome LOOKS....

asus z170 deluxe Motherboard: Asus Z170-DELUXE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($299.99 @ B&H) i really like this motherboard lol but its outta ur range :/

when looking at mb now look at the number of ports on the back of the mb. also look at the ethernet chipset..higher end mb use intel ethernet chipset. for sound the entery realteck is the 8000 seri. the newer one is the 1100 chipset/
also look to see if it has the newer m2 sata slot. the newer m2 ssd going to be a lot faster then 6g sata.

You can pick up the Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 for about $200 and it is a great mobo with plenty of features.

Edit: I am assuming your case will hold an ATX motherboard. If not let us know what case you have and we can make another recommendation.
