Motherboard Recommendation

I just inhereted a brand new Intel Core 2 duo E6550 processor and would like to know any recommendation you might have for decent motherboard and RAM without spending crazy money. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Where would be the best place to sell it? It's brand new, still in it's packaging.

If you sell the 6550, you might try a amd am3 tri-core cpu, which can be had for about 70-80 bucks with far better performance

I'm tired of this...I'm just going to get a new computer. Maybe I can get some advice on which one to get. I mostly watch movies and little video games. I'm looking at something around 500. Any suggestions on a prebuilt computers? HP, Gateway, Dell?
