Motherboard recommendations for a video conversion system

Greetings,

My Intel system board and C2Quad CPU are beginning to show signs of failure. So, I am looking for system board/memory/CPU recommendations for a system that will run Win8 x64, Nvidia Gforce 9800GT, a 256GB SSD, and 2TB of storage. I prefer to go with the i7 and I don't have to stick with the Nvidia graphics card. On-board graphics will probably suffice as I won't be doing any gaming on this system. Basically this system will be used for converting ripped DVD's and BluRay's to various other formats with Handbrake and general office type stuff (Word, Excel, etc.).

I will reuse my existing ATX case, SSD, and hard disks.

Looking to stay right around $700 for the mobo, cpu, and memory.

Might look at 3570K, ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 and 8 GB GSkill 2x4GB 1600/9 Snipers or up a step the 4670K, The Z87 Hero, and 8GB 1866/9 Snipers or could take either rig up to 16GB for better productivity
