CPU: Ryzen 5600
CPU cooler: AMD
Motherboard: Asus
Ram: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16
SSD/HDD: SK Hynix 256GB m.2
GPU: Radeon 5500
PSU: EVGA 600 watt
Chassis:
OS: windows 10
Monitor: Gigabyte M270
I picked up an used Asus Prime x570 pro; thinking how hard could it be too fix. I have even more respect for repair techs.

The board turns on but doesn't post. I have tried clearing the cmos, trying different components, and unfortunately this board doesn't have a way to flash the bios without posting first. I used a power supply tester to make sure that was good to go. And other stuff work with this gens am4.

I tried using a post card. The TL631, but all that told me was power is good and a solid red light on RST.

THE board also looks to be in good shape. I cleaned it up a bit with isopropyl and a q tip.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You might want to start by prefacing your build with the following;
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

You might want to grab a CH341A BIOS programming toolkit, reflash the BIOS with the latest version, then clear the CMOS and see if that revives the board.

I tried using a post card.
A POST speaker would be helpful in this scenario.
