Motherboard Replacement Compatibility?

Okay, I currently have a Dell XPS 8500, it is a Micro ATX.

I want to change my motherboard, and I'd like to know If I could replace my current motherboard with this: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K23BY6Y/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=28GDO9BWV0GIJ&coliid=IS5WJVWWOOTG8

Would I need to buy something more with this new motherboard(other than the graphics card and CPU, I realize I would need to replace these)?

The graphics card on that XPS is probably integrated into the CPU, so you would just need to buy the motherboard and CPU. Everything else - RAM, HDD, PSU should all be compatible.
