Question Motherboard rgb is on but nothing else turns on

I built a gaming pc last night. All new parts. Asrock b650m pro rs WiFi motherboard, ryzen 5 9600x, amd 7800xt gpu, 2x16gb ddr5, 2TB nvme ssd with a asus tuf 750w power supply. When I turn the psu on, the motherboard rgb lights up but when I press the power button, I hear a click from the psu and nothing turns over. The fan on the psu, the fans on the gpu or the rgb fans I have or even the aio fans doesn’t turn on. I give up!

Flash your BIOS to the latest version courtesy of the guide linked above , then clear the CMOS and then see if you're able to get POST.
