MotherBoard Scratch RAMProblems

hi everybody i have a big problem i am a first time builder i have some experience on software and hardware but never got the money for a gaming rig thing is i bought a rig and then recently an air cooler hyper master d92 to be exact i kind of scratch my mobo and then the first two slots near the CPU failed to boot when it is ram inserted o both two, when i tried to make my ram to function on dual channel mode by inserting them on slots 2 and 4 or 1 and 3 windows will detect 8gb but only 3.97 usable running in single channel, if i put the ram sticks on the two farthest ram slots all 8 gb are detected and usable on windows(single channel) and if i put the two ramms on the closest first two dimms my pc wont even boot to bios or even give me an image on monitor it just stays powered on no post no nothing maybe the scratch damaged the ram slots?? here is a picture

Note:everything was find before scratch my ram is kingston fury x 1866mhz 2x4gb
cpu fx 8320e(no bent pins and 4.3ghz OC)
psu cx 750w corsair
case aerocool xpredator evil black
mobo gigabyte ga 990fxa ud3(tried rma and failed)
gpu gtx 960 g1 gaming 2gb
also windows 7 64 Bit

Should install memory into DDR3 1 and DDR3 2 or DDR3 3 and DDR3 4, for dual channel memory. What OS do you have? 32-Bit windows will only support up to 4GB of memory.
