Question Motherboard screws stuck in standoff and slightly loos in the buttom. Ok?

Hey guys. I just built a new pc and I was installing the motherboard (ATX). However, the buttom 3 screws did not screw in correctly and got stuck in the standoffs. I did the whole pliers and screwdriver trick, but im not the most confident builder. I was unable to get the screws out and screw them in perfectly. Now, they are pretty snug in there and the board only has a very slight give to it when pressing around the screws. They seem pretty snug. My question is if its fine to leave them like they are? There wont be any problems down the line? Would really prefer not to mess around in the case again, as I said im not very experienced and the potential for me damaging something is probably higher than the slightly loose buttom mounted screws. Just to clarify, the screws are almost screwed all the way in with probably a millimeter or so remaining, but they were snug when I screwed them in.

Oh yeah and furthermore, the system runs completely fine.
