I have followed the steps outlined in the troubleshooting. Currently I have a Gigabyte F2A85XM-D3H with a Cooler Master 500W PSU. The CPU is AMD A65400K Dual Core.
I have breadboarded the motherboard, only connecting Audio, CPU, 6 Pin power(12V slot, 6 pins are closet to CPU) the 20+4 power is plugged in. The Heat Sink Fan is plugged into the proper slot. I have tried every possible color combination for the power switch slot. Nothing, no fan, no beep, no light, nothing indicating that the thing could ever power on. Not a single spark of life at any point. All products were purchased new. I have no idea where to go from here, if it is just best to assume a bad motherboard? Not sure how to handle the exchanges with the retailer, as I do not know exactly what is causing the issue.
