Hi,
I'm looking at upgrading a few parts for my PC.
I want to keep my 16GB of DDR3 however I want to make a change to my CPU, Case and Motherboard (My current case has poor circulation and I'm running a cheap AMD CPU)
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a motherboard suitable for this build:

or any general improvements!

Motherboard
You need H97/Z97 with the Z being better.
Air circulation depends on the fans too. Most cases support multiple fan installation. High CFM/Airflow fans can help with that (60CFM+). If you have not changed the stock fans or not used all the locations, consider buying some.
general improvements
Get a 60GB+ SSD purely for windows if you want. Or you could get a 120GB+ other stuff you might wanna install on. Like games with long loads. I don't know your budget so I'll recommend a cheaper 128GB one. If you wanna go all out, buy Samsung.
