My old MSI motherboard went to sleep forever (IC damaged). I want to buy a decent gigabyte motherboard. My previous one (MSI) supported ddr3 2gb RAM and my Nvidia GEforce 8400 series graphic card. Which MB should I choose which will support the same at the least? My budget is somewhere around 5-5.5k. Need some help here. and yeah my processor is a lil old i.e. Core 2 Duo. Thanks in advance :) advise me with the above things in mind.

Your gaming performance is much dependent on Cpu, gpu, ram and resolution rather than motherboard. At 1280 x 1024 resolution, your gpu are too...

Well this is embarrassing! My processor is intel Pentium dual E2200 @2.20GHz. Just saw. Hopefully its not a big deal. And yeah, my MSI model number is MS 7592.

Thanks mate! Just wanted to know if these beasts can run PES 14 or 13. I have already played 13 on my MSI board and it ran sluggishly. I just want to play decent games like FIFA and PES after 2010 versions hassle free. Is my graphic card of 1gb? because internet says 8400series is 512mb but I can run PES 13 so it has to be better than that right?

Your gaming performance is much dependent on Cpu, gpu, ram and resolution rather than motherboard. At 1280 x 1024 resolution, your gpu are too weak to even qualify for PES 2014 minimum requirements.
Have a look at your calculated specs for PES 2014 game: http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=6223&game=Pro+Evolution+Soccer+2014&p_make=Intel&p_deriv=Pentium+Dual+Core+E2200+2.2GHz&gc_make=Nvidia&gc_deriv=GeForce+8400+Series&ram=2&checkSubmit=#systemRequirements
Same way you can calculate everything for other games on that website by filling out your system specifications.
