The motherboard has a green light in top left. Everything seems to be working cpu cooler spinning only one problem gpu fans stop spinning after 5/6 seconds when computer turns on. I tried VGA Cable. Before this happen I always usef hdmi monitor to graphic card but now it dont work. For a week i been trying and always green light and no input signal.

Since June 20 my computer don’t work. I changed power supply everything. Tried taking out ram same thing.

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BaseBoard Manufacturer ; Intel Corporation
BaseBoard Product : DH61CR
BaseBoard Version s : AAG14064-207
GPU : GTX 1650 4GB
8GB of RAM

Solution
so mainboard + cpu + ram +psu only = no POST? (for PSU you only need 24pin and 4 pin connectors on mainboard connected, disconnect everything else connected to PSU cables )
if nope, remove RAM
mainboar +cpu + psu only (no ram) should produce beeps from buzzer
if no sound then either mainboard or CPU or power supply is shot

I got new power supply plugged everything and same thing green light on motherboard and no signal. So i removed GPU and ram and try plugging VGA cable and still no signal, im thinking the motherboard have died or problems with the vga section

it think your mobo is broken, ideally you'd want to source another lga1155 mobo to test this

the green light is an inidcator of power, which means that your mobo is receiving power
