Which motherboard is better: the Gigabyte GA X79 UD-3, or the GA x79 UP-4?

Which motherboard is better: the Gigabyte GA X79 UD-3, or the GA x79 UP-4?

Personally, I think the GA X79 UD 3 is better. The UD 3 line is great. I have the GA Z77 UD3H and it is terrific. Gigabyte makes great motherboards, so either one you choose will be a great decision for sure.
