Motherboard + Single Videocard Combo

Hello, I am not going to drop the $$ into a dual Video card option at this time so i would rather know what good Motherboard Single VC options would provide the best for the $$. Let me know what you think and or if you would change that setup? I have a couple 300gig 10k vRaptors that i'll raid, creative xfi Sound Card, and a lian li case that are from my previous rig... all connected to a 24" Samsung LCD

Currently looking to spend around $1000 + or - $100

Very powerful PSU for single video card.

Agreed... My thought behind that was that I've spent more in the past on generic PSU's that have failed and PC Power & Cooling is a rather solid brand that i would trust... I've went with Enermax and Antec in the past and I am pretty meticulous with keeping things cleaned out and thermal greases fresh if need be.. but for some reason PSU's like to die on me...

The next step down on newegg for that brand would be a 500watt psu for about $15 cheaper...
