Motherboard socket pins

How easy is it to bend motherboard socket pins. I touched it with my pinky finger accidentaly and wanted to know if that couldve bent them.

You can easily see if you bent one. Just look at em. They aren't real easy to bend with a finger but it can be done with CPUs or other hard parts easily
