Motherboard speaker buzzing sound

So I have an old LGA 775 motherboard, with a CPU and some GPU. I wanted to buy some ram, PSU, HDD, and build a system for my little brother. I got the board from a old board box for free. I want to test the board, so I connected to a PSU and everything else, except the ram, because I don't have ddr2 lying around. The motherboard speaker makes is making buzzing sound non stop. like Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I was wondering what does this mean for the board, or other components. Thanks

It just continuously makes one long buzz, not a beep code like two long beeps one short beep?
