Motherboard starts but no display no beep sound

yesterday i was trying to install a new windows , in-between the process blue screen appeared about some hardware problem then i restarted my computer in response motherboard only starts and no display and no beep sound . orange and green on motherboard glows normally

What is led glowing orange? In most cases the orange signifies something is not correct. What motherboard do you have?
