Question Motherboard stopped working after switching ram sticks?

So I posted on Bleeping Computer not too long ago

And concluded recently that it seems like one ram stick was the perpetrator as the memory diagnostic (during 2 ram sticks being inserted) said the hardware has problems.

Tried to test one ram stick at a time with Memory Diagnostic, and the one I tested went well, when trying to boot with the second stick, it refused to boot at all.

So upon shutting down and switching back to the RAM stick that worked, it did the same thing, no display, no nothing, everything in the case was running, fans going off, but no beep, no display of any kind.

Could it possibly be my motherboard since it booted up just fine a second ago?

Speccy snapshot
Speccy pastebin

(It says: RAM 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)

It's actually G.SKILL DDR4-3000 8GBx2)
