Motherboard Suggestions For CPU Upgrade

Upgrading CPU and will probably have to change the motherboard. PC with CPU I'm looking at getting: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FFxtHN
Also wondering if there is a better CPU for gaming that is around $250 for gaming, thanks!

Well a bit of advice I'd give you is change your ram to DDR4, that cpu is a kabylake that uses a 1151 socket so first of all you'll need a Z270 motherboard and secondly you'll need some DDR4 memory cause there aren't really any DDR3 Z270s from what I can tell. Also if you have two monitors I'd say get a better graphics card if you can, if you can't don't worry about it, just a suggestion.
