I'm looking for a cheap MB for AMD64 (754). Stability is a must and CPU
will be running at stock speed no matter what CPU I can get for $300
including the MB. Does not have to be MSI.

There are plenty of AMD64s at www.pricewatch.com. You can shop by price
alone or by brand. I have an MSI NEO and after a few birthing pains, it
is OK. It was recommended by www.tomshardware.com asa one of the best
AMD64 MBs. I doubt if you can go wrong with warranties and vendor
support and newsgroup support. Dive in!
