Yes, your motherboard supports the GTX 1080ti. However, you will need to make sure your PSU is powerful enough and has 2 PCI-e power connectors, you want a PSU of around 600w. Also, make sure you have room for the GTX 1080ti, your motherboard is a micro ATX so it's on the smaller size which isn't a problem as long as you have a case that's large enough for the card you want to put in it.....measure how much room you have and compare it to the measurements of the card you want.
