motherboard support

i checked numberous locations but can not tell if i should go with 800 or 1066 ram for my mtb.
i have a GA-P35C-DS3R and am completing a computer build. would anyone happen to know if i can use
Crucial Ballistix Tracer (BL2KIT12864AL804) DDR2 800Mhz PC2 6400 2GB Kit (1GB x 2) 240-pin or the 1066Mhz version? i checked the mtb specs but it doesnt mention Crucial ballistix ram

plz read the forums a bit

if the ram isnt in the motherboards supported list , it doesnt mean the motherboard doesnt support it

u can use any of those rams
