I switched for a z270 asrock to a now z270e asus motherboard, so now i want to clean install windows to get rid of old drivers and all asrock drivers but move everything from my SSD (has OS on) to my HDD without the drivers copying to.

Is this possible? is there a program that will only transfer programs, (games, videos, and apps) but not drivers? this is why i want to avoid using imagers.

While you can do a Repair Install, aka in-place upgrade in Windows 10 that saves all the data, you cannot do what you ask.

Also, only the STEAM file can be moved and still used from another drive once you reinstall the STEAM app, other games must be installed to the new OS with their files directed to the HDD to be able to play them.

No can do.
There is no application or function to do that.
