Question Motherboard/System issue

Hello, recently I plugged in a DVD rom into my motherboard, since then the power led on case never turns off, and if the windows is inactive for like 4-5 hours, it shutdown/restart by itself automatically. But if I'm using it it never restarts unexpectedly.

I tried to install a fresh copy of windows, still didn't work
Updated drivers, didn't do the trick
Disabled fast shutdown, still persists

Can anyone help me?

GPU GT 1030
PSU Thermaltake Litepower 550W
Crucial 8gigs ram
CPU i3 8100

You might want to turn off your power supply when your done.
Then turn it back on when you want to use it.
See if that helps.
You might also want to do a BIOS update and see if that helps.
