So its been 2 years since i get this pc, and some days ago my Monster Hunter World starts to stutter at some points. I asked some friends about what might happen on my pc. They said it could be high temp on my hardware. Then I checked it using HWMonitor and it shows that my motherboard is 100-118°C (even at idle). but my processor is at 40-50°C

I changed my thermal paste on both processor and heatsink but nothing's changed.

My spec (I know its outdated spec for nowaday, but it runs Monster Hunter World very fine until then):
Motherboard Intel HM55
Processor Intel Core I7 870
2x4 DDR3 RAM
Colorful GT1030 2GB VRAM
PSU ALCATROZ MAGNUM 225 BLACK
Case Armaggeddon v1x Vulcan

Thanks in advance
