Motherboard temp issue

I'm currently using asus z170s sabertooth motherboard. And after checking my pc temp in hwmonitor i found out that one of my temp sensor(TMPIN4) spike up to 128 degree celsius.
I just want to ask if this is normal or do i need to get it fix.
