Motherboard temps high

I have a fairly dated laptop - ASUS A52F with a K52F (Socket 989) motherboard in it. My motherboard temps at idle are ~54degrees C and 60+ under load. Should I be worried?

At idle those are a bit high, but not dangerous to the hardware. Could still burn you. Have you tried clearing out any dust buildup? You may also want to consider a cooling pad.

yea I have cleaned it out n swapped out the thermal pads for arctic silver 5 stuff which improved things but still is high. I have a coolerpad but i dont use it much as I dont find it makes much difference tbh. So long as im not imminently gonna fry the laptop

Cleaned out it should be lower than that, it's not leaving you much overhead for doing anything. Where does it normally sit when in use?

Watching 1080p video on youtube- CPU ~50 and motherboard ~59 according to speccy. Just use it for browsing, work and youtube tbh
