Motherboard that compatible with my current RAMs ?

I have an old pc with lga 775 motherboard socket. I want to buy a motherboard with lga 1150 and cpu as well. I'm not sure if my generic RAM right now will be compatible with it.

your RAM is too slow for new 1150 motherbaord and cpu .
you will have to get new one in pair (2 * 4 gig)
