Motherboard that is SLI compatible, can overclock well, and can fit a Noctua Nh-D15

I'm looking for a motherboard that I can overclock my 4790k, can SLI my 980 Strix from Asus later on, and can fir a Noctua Nh-d15 comfortably without hitting the 980's backplate. Anything from $0-220 works preferably.

I was originally looking at the MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition , but I didn't know the overclocking capabilities or the clearance for that massive heat sink, maybe you can give me some insight on that.

ASUS Z97 Maximus VII Hero, can fit the NH D15, overclock nicely and support SLI.

z97a krait edition is ok, but if you also look for gaming
