Motherboard that meets specs

I am overwhelmed with the number of motherboards, and inability to find the specific specs, could you assist me, please. I am looking for an MB under $250, Linux compatible, socket 1151, chipset Z270, 2 M2 ports w/NVMe, USB 3 bus for front panel, ATX, 4 RAM slots, prefer numerical display for POST. Support IOMMU in UEFI (for hardware virtualization), and I don't care about lighting or other frills. Also, top quality capacitors.

If you do not care about Thunderbolt the Gigabyte Z270X GAMING 5 is a solid board, and you can turn the lighting off. You should be able to find it for $189 or less.

I know the word gaming is in these boards, however, they are made for more than gaming.
