[SOLVED] Motherboard turn on for 10 seconds and then turn off for 1 second.

i dont have any ram module in my motherboard only processor. when i turn on motherboard cpu fan and psu fan spins for 10 seconds and then turns off for 1 seconds and this repeats.
motherboard : msi h61m
processor : intel i5 3470

yes, your pc does what is called POST
it means that it checks for all components needed to function
it can't go on without ram, so it thinks it hasn't detected the ram properly and will reboot to check again
