Motherboard turns on by itself when given power. Nothing else, what can I do?

I've got a CUW-AM, I'm trying to learn the basics of PC repair.

This particular motherboard turns itself ON when PSU is turned ON.

It has nothing else connected (No processor, no ram, no fans, no case wiring) Literally just PSU + Motherboard.
PSU is working fine (tested). Also I cleaned the dust off.

I'ts a very old motherboard and this is just a learning project. ANY help is good experience.

No boot drive?

The motherboard may be turning on but unless there is a boot drive with an OS present nothing will happen.

But even before that - no processor??? The processor is the brain of the computer, so to speak.

Go back a step or two and learn about what is required (hardware, software, and configuration) for a working./workable computer.
