Motherboard under $100 that can o.c. the fx 8350

I need a motherboard from newegg that will overclock my fx 8350 to 4.7ghz - 5.0ghz.
It has to be under $100, I am on a real strict budget. If there is more than one motherboard please give my the link.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-990fxagd65v2 this but it doesn't have 3.0 USB and some people said they overclocked nicely with the 8350 and some are not as good (probably some got a bad chip)
