Motherboard upgrade drivers

Hey guys,
When upgrading your motherboard do you need to delete the old drivers of the old motherboard, if so which ones?

When you upgrade the MB, I recommend to do the clean install the OS. If both of MB have the same or similar chipset, you may not need to reinstall the OS.
If you don't want to reinstall the games for steam or origin, you can use the backup feature from them. If you don't want to reinstall the OS, you can use something like IObit uninstaller http://download.cnet.com/IObit-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-75161625.html or advanced uninstaller pro to uninstall the drivers, like audio, network, using DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to uninstall the GPU driver.

The socket chipset is the same. But, what about my steam games? What would I have to with this software I order to make sure that they work on the new MB? Does it matter that I have a dedicated hard drive to steam?

Before you switch the MB, using the steam backup your games, I used it before, it worked very well you don't download those games again, but it will download some of files and it will only take very short time for doing it. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8794-YPHV-2033

Because the MBs have the same chipset, you may just switch any parts to the new MB, if that works you don't need delete anything, but you still need to back up the or other files/ data and games in case there is something wrong with it.
