The Intel DG41TY is not compatible with a Pentium D 820. Your can't rely on sites like Newegg to determine if a motherboard is compatible; always visit the manufacturer's site to make sure.

It will be difficult to find a new motherboard supporting that CPU. Are you looking for a micro-ATX motherboard with on-board video or would an ATX motherboard meet your requirements?

Micro-ATX motherboards that should be compatible (and inexpensive):
- ASUS P5KPL-CM
- GIGABYTE GA-EG41M-US2H
- GIGABYTE GA-G41M-ES2L

ATX motherboards that should be compatible
- ASUS P5Q SE
- GA-EP45-UD3L
