Motherboard upgrade questions

Hello, I want to upgrade my current CPU i3-2100 3.10Ghz to Intel CPU Core i5 7500 (1151/3.4GHz/6MB) . Problem is that my current motherboard Foxconn H67M-V has a 1155 socket and the i5-7500 has a 1151 socket so I need to buy a new motherboard aswel and I can't choose between :

1.Gigabyte Motherboard Z170-HD3P (1151/Z170/DDR4)
2.Gigabyte Motherboard H110M-S2PV (H110/1151/DDR4)

I'm on a budget so I would like to get the H110M as long as I can run modern games like Rainbow six Siege and Battlefield 1 on high settings, I'm not really interested in CPU overclocking and I might do Crossfire in the future. My biggest concerns are that the new motherboard might not be compatible with some of my PC's components such as the GPU AMD Radeon R7 265 2GB GDDR5 . I also consider buying more RAM since I currently have 4GB and would like to buy Crucial Desktop RAM Value 8GB 2400MHz DDR4, but I'm not certain if it will fit either of these motherboards.

Overall, I'm fine with buying either of these motherboards but I would like to hear the opinion of someone more knowledgeable on this matter.

Both boards could need a BIOS update to use that processor.
Find you a budget B250 board and yes you must buy DDR 4 memory for it.
Since you not overclocking any board you buy that works with the parts your going to use will have the same performance if it's a 50 buck board or a 200 buck board.

Both those motherboards need a 6th Generation Skylake CPU to get them working to flash BIOS before you can use 7th Gen Kaby Lake i5-7500. Cheapest 6th Gen CPU is Celeron 3900 which is about $40. If you get an Intel 200 Series motherboard you don't have that problem.

Cheapest 200 Series Chipset is B250. The H270 is better but costs more..

Okay I searched for a motherboard that could fit the I5-7500 and now I'm wondering between these two :

1.Gigabyte Motherboard H270-HD3 (H270/1151/DDR4)
2.Gigabyte Motherboard B250M DS3H (B250/1151/DDR4)

They should fit the i5-7500 right? And if I get the B250M instead of the h270 what kind of difference in performance will there be?

0 difference in performance if your using the same parts on both boards.
