motherboard upgrade suggestions

Hi

Want to upgrade from a i5 3470 and d77x d3h

Have in mind a i7 4790kk to go with..
Perhaps a z97x ud3h
Or gigabyte z97 gaming 7
Im really not sure what to choose
Want a solid motherboard which should be future proof . want it to last a few years . i dont really overclock but i still want it to have good features to keep my options open.

So looking for some good recommendations please thanks

have a look at asus like the ROG maximus VII series -if they´re to pricey asus has lots of cheaper z97 boards with many of the same features like fan controll and all the auto OC stuff
