Question Motherboard upgrade under $230.

So I currently have a 6700k and a 2080, im looking to get a 9700k but I would need to get a new motherboard and looking for recommendations for one that's under $230, pref near $200. I also plan to get a m.2 so it would need to have a m.2 slot. I would also pref one that I wouldn't have to update or flash the BIOS. Any recommendations would be helpful.

It's on the higher end of your budget but it is a really good board (wifi/BT/dual M.2/easy BIOS & good overclocking).

Nope, the Z390 boards will work with anything 9th or 8th gen CPU.
