Question motherboard USB 2.0 port problem

When i plug my usb speaker into motherboards usb 2.o it doesn't work but if i use mouse or keyboard they works fine. and on the other hand when i connect that speaker to usb 3.0 or it works fine...

But problem is....When the speaker USB is plugged into the computer 2.0 usb port and the speaker is not working then if I unplug the USB then again plugin, it starts working...

after 5,6 hours if the computer is turned off then the same problem occurs again.
Again if I unplug usb and plug in while the computer is on..it starts working...it starts working...

motherboard : Asus tuf gaming b660m-e

I don't know what is the problem.
can anyone help me?

Why do you have to use USB speakers?

The stability of such solution depends entirely on the drivers, it could vary from system to system.
