Motherboard usb 3.0/2.0 ports and ammounts

The PC I am going to buy will have a Sharkoon T9 ATX Midi Tower Case and a MSI H97 PC Mate Intel LGA1150 H97 ATX Motherboard. The case says it has x1 usb 3.0 and x3 usb 2.0 ports, but my motherboard supports x4 2.0 usb ports. A) Will this cause a problem? B) If so, what should I do/buy instead?

Ignore that the case has a usb 3 port is the cheapest option.

Using an adapter so the usb3 port runs at usb2 speed is another

Case USB ports depend on whether the mobo has the matching mobo headers to extend to. Mobo otput ports, back, are different but the results are the same.
